- Work with curriculum HoDs to lead curriculum, pedagogy and assessment initiatives aligned with school and departmental priorities.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the quality of teaching and learning across Senior Secondary.

What We're Looking For:
- Teaching competence and strong curriculum leadership skills that drive improved learning outcomes.
- A strong understanding of the senior schooling phase of learning, specifically QCAA, VET and SAT.
- High-level interpersonal skills with the ability to foster a collaborative, supportive and high-performing team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills that contribute to strategic decision-making.
- Proven capacity to manage resources effectively to achieve organisational and educational objectives.
