About Spinifex State College
Spinifex State College is a three campus educational facility. Our Junior Campus caters to years 7-9, Senior Campus years 10-12 and the Residential Campus houses all boarding students.

About the Role
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Managing behaviour of students in Years 10-12-Supporting HODs and teachers with behaviour management (e.g. implementing Student Success Strategies, leading restorative practices).
- Attendance tracking and intervention-Monitoring students' individual performance (academic, behaviour, attendance) and implement intervention strategies where necessary, including the administering of School Disciplinary Absences up to 9 days.
- Organising relevant Year Level events, for example PERMAH Days, parades, excursions (whole year level) and Formal-Engaging in proactive strategies to support student engagement at school.
- Monitoring Withdrawal Room-Liaise with parents/carers and external agencies to support new arrivals and their families through integrating them.
About You

- Demonstrated teaching competence and capacity to provide leadership leading to the achievement of quality and improved learning outcomes for all students.
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills and the capacity to develop and sustain productive relationships within and beyond the school community, including students and families from diverse backgrounds and community agencies.
- Demonstrated capacity to use strategic thinking and analytical skills to contribute to educational outcomes at the school level.
- Capacity to manage effectively human, financial and physical resources to deliver high quality organisational outcomes.
- Demonstrated support for and the capacity to develop and maintain an organisational culture based on ethical professional and personal behaviours and corporate values.
