About the Role
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Leading consistent implementation of Student Code of Conduct, including Positive Behaviour for Learning across the school
- Liaising with the school's executive leadership team
- Supporting class teachers to develop, implement and review individual student engagement plans
- Responding to requests for support from staff, including classroom observations and completion of Functional Behaviour Assessments as required
- Identifying professional development needs of staff to support effective implementation of PBL across the school
- Collating, analysing and sharing student data with executive leadership team and staff
- Coordinating referrals to internal and external agencies for students requiring intensive support
- Collaboratively developing and implementing parent/ carer and community engagement strategies
