About the Role

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Leading consistent implementation of Student Code of Conduct, including Positive Behaviour for Learning across the school
  • Liaising with the school's executive leadership team
  • Supporting class teachers to develop, implement and review individual student engagement plans
  • Responding to requests for support from staff, including classroom observations and completion of Functional Behaviour Assessments as required
  • Identifying professional development needs of staff to support effective implementation of PBL across the school
  • Collating, analysing and sharing student data with executive leadership team and staff
  • Coordinating referrals to internal and external agencies for students requiring intensive support
  • Collaboratively developing and implementing parent/ carer and community engagement strategies
