About the Role:
Responsibilities include, but not limited to;
- Leading and managing the academic senior program to ensure student achievement
- Implementing change initiatives and developing staff capability
- Management of the Mitchelton SHS Registered Training Organisation
- Building community engagement and partnerships
- Managing senior schooling and Technology resources to achieve educational goals and maintain a positive learning culture
- Overseeing the QCE recovery program
- Collection and analysis of Senior Schooling data
- Leading and managing the Technology Department
