  • Oversee curriculum planning, implementation, and assessment in alignment with national education standards.
  • Monitor academic performance, analyse results, and implement improvement strategies.
  • Manage departmental resources, timetabling, and staff development initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with education policies, examination regulations, and quality assurance processes.
  • Promote a positive, disciplined, and achievement-oriented learning environment.
  • Engage with parents, guardians, and external stakeholders regarding senior school matters.
  • Support student career guidance and post-school readiness initiatives.
