The role requires an instructional leader who can balance high expectations with relational leadership—someone capable of strengthening teaching practice, ensuring consistency, and contributing strategically to a culture of collective responsibility and measurable student growth.

The Perfect Fit:
- Proven experience teaching in the secondary phase, with demonstrated impact on student achievement.
- Sound understanding of governance, compliance, and Departmental policy expectations.
- A track record of fostering positive, inclusive learning environments.
- Resilience and composure in complex or transitional contexts.
