About the Role:
Responsibilities include, but not limited to;
- Provide strategic leadership by developing and committing to a shared, future-focused educational vision that delivers high-quality learning outcomes for all students.
- Promote equity and excellence by embedding socially just practices and setting high expectations for student achievement and staff performance.
- Lead professional growth through active participation in lifelong learning and ongoing professional development.
- Build strong partnerships with students, parents, community groups, and government agencies to support student wellbeing and success.
- Ensure effective governance and management by understanding relevant legislation and policies, and by responsibly managing human, financial, facilities, and curriculum resources.
