About the Role:
In this role you will be responsible for the curriculum delivery of Year 7 Mathematics and Science.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to;
- Provide strategic leadership to develop and sustain a shared departmental vision that delivers high-quality, equitable learning outcomes for all students.
- Embed socially just, inclusive practices while setting and maintaining high standards of performance for both students and staff.
- Lead and manage human, financial, facilities, and curriculum resources effectively to achieve departmental goals and continuous improvement.
- Build strong partnerships with students, parents, community groups, and relevant government agencies to support student learning and wellbeing.
- Demonstrate futures-focused leadership through ongoing professional learning and a strong understanding of educational legislation, policies, and compliance requirements.
