About the Role
Head of Department (Secondary) Industrial Technologies & Design you will:
- Lead the implementation of curriculum and assessment frameworks (ACARA, QCAA and VET)
- Develop and execute strategic plans that align with the school's priorities
- Support the teaching team in applying the School's Code of Conduct for Students.
- Facilitate differentiated learning and assessment practices.
- Lead and support teaching team through effective communication, faculty meetings, individual coaching, and PDP's.
