You will be the leader of a team of staff in a fast growing and vibrant area of South East Queensland, located approximately 45 minutes from Brisbane City and an hour from the Gold Coast.

You will be required to lead a generally inexperienced but very motivated team of staff to deliver quality curriculum to support excellent student engagement and outcomes. 

Responsibilities include:

  • Lead the school department to develop, articulate and commit to a shared educational vision focussed on providing quality learning outcomes for all students.
  • Embed socially just practices in daily school life.
  • Set high standards for student and staff performance.
  • Actively participate in lifelong learning and ongoing professional development.
  • form. partnerships with students, parents, other government agencies, and community groups.
