Step Into Your Next Chapter:

This position is for a Head of Department Health and Physical Education who will also manage Certificate Courses including Hospitality, Health Support Services, Fitness and Early Childhood Education as well as Junior Food Technologies curriculum.

The Head of Department Health and Physical Education will also oversee the delivery of sport across the school, inclusive of whole-school carnivals and sport events.

Responsibilities include:

  • Lead the school department to develop, articulate and commit to a shared educational vision focussed on providing quality learning outcomes for all students.
  • Embed socially just practices in daily school life.
  • Set high standards for student and staff performance.
  • Actively participate in lifelong learning and ongoing professional development.
