About the Role:

Responsibilities include, but not limited to;

  • Provide strategic leadership by developing, articulating, and implementing a shared educational vision that promotes high-quality learning outcomes and continuous school improvement.
  • Foster an inclusive, high-performing culture by embedding socially just practices, setting high expectations for student achievement and staff performance, and promoting equity and excellence.
  • Build strong partnerships with students, families, community organisations, and government agencies to support student success and strengthen community engagement.
  • Lead effective resource and operational management by overseeing human, financial, curriculum, and physical resources to achieve departmental priorities and educational goals.
  • Demonstrate professional and strategic leadership through lifelong learning, future-focused planning, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and governance requirements.
