As Head of Department- Curriculum, you will lead the curriculum focus in alignment with school and departmental initiatives, enhance the quality of teaching and learning, and foster positive relationships among students, teachers, and stakeholders.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Leading a Whole School Approach to Reading aligned with the Department's commitment to teach reading consistently using an evidence-informed approach
  • Collaboratively develop and enact processes to embed and quality assure the three levels of planning and assessment across P-10
  • Support staff through coaching and capability building
  • Embed socially just practices in daily school life
  • Attend and Chair meetings relevant to your role
