Who We Are:
Welcome to Maryborough Special School. This school has a history of catering for students with a diverse range of abilities and specific educational requirements.
We have a student enrolment of approximately 80 students from prep to year 12.
At Maryborough Special School our vision is to create a school, which meets the learning needs of our students, all of whom have special needs.
This is achieved by building students' confidence in their relationships with other people as well as creating a safe, supportive and tolerant environment for students and preparing them to be active and reflective citizens.

The successful applicant should possess a knowledge, experience and understanding of the following elements:
- Highly Individualised Curriculum, and Different Year Level - Partial
- Leading data discussions and case management
- Promoting Literacy Development (PLD) or similar
- Gradual Release of Responsibility (GRR) model instructional framework
