About the Role
Our strategic priorities for the next 2 years include Learning Equity, Teaching Excellence, Community Connections with a focus on Curriculum & Literacy, Inquiry Learning and Creativity & Innovation. Instructional leadership, strong understanding of the Model of Language-in-Use, curriculum expertise, and excellent organisational skills will be highly regarded.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Lead the relevant curriculum areas or whole school program to develop, articulate and commit to a shared educational vision focussed on providing quality learning outcomes for all students.
- Embed socially just practices in daily school life.
- Set high standards for student and staff performance.
- Actively participate in lifelong learning and ongoing professional development.
