About Bellbird Park State Secondary College

Bellbird Park State Secondary College is one of Queensland's newest secondary schools. The school opened in January 2017 for year 7 students only and our inaugural year 12 cohort graduated in 2022. There are currently 1800 students enrolled at BPSSC. Our vision is: At BPSSC we nurture students to be resilient and ambitious participants in their own futures and communities. About the Role

As the Head of Department - eLearning/Business you will focus on:

  • Leading the eLearning strategic vision
  • Leading Daymap, a student, staff and parent management system
  • Leading eLearning and business curriculum focus in line with school and departmental initiatives
  • Leading the BYOD program
  • Line management of Arts staff
  • Participating in delivering the vision of State Schools Division
  • Developing the quality of teaching and learning
  • Nurturing positive relationships between students, teachers and stakeholders.
