Position: Bank Nursery Practitioners

Hours: Between 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Flexible shifts)

Pay: £9 - £13 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications

We are seeking patient, creative, and enthusiastic individuals to join our team of bank nursery practitioners in Harrogate. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the care and supervision of children in a safe and supportive environment.
  • Engage children in creative and educational activities that foster their development.
  • Follow daily routines and assist with tasks such as meal times, nap times, and playtime.
  • Build positive relationships with children, parents, and fellow staff members.
  • Ensure a high standard of care and safety at all times.

    • Requirements:

  • Qualifications in childcare are preferred but not essential.
  • Genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
  • Patience, creativity, and a nurturing attitude.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to work different shifts between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
