Are you a passionate and dedicated childcare professional looking for a new opportunity in Halifax? We are currently seeking Level 2/3 Practitioners to join our friendly and supportive team.

About the Role:As a Childcare Practitioner, you will play a key role in providing high-quality care and education for children, ensuring their safety, well-being, and development. You will work closely with children to support their learning and help create a nurturing environment that fosters growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality care and education for children aged 0-5 years.
  • Plan and implement exciting learning activities in line with the EYFS framework.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care.
  • Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
  • Monitor and track children's progress and development.
  • Work as part of a team, supporting and collaborating with other staff members.

    • Essential Requirements:

  • Hold a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare (or equivalent).
  • Previous experience working with children in a childcare setting.
  • A passion for working with children and helping them to grow and develop.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with children and families.
  • Open to occasional travel as required.
