This is an excellent opportunity for individuals considering a future career in teaching, educational psychology, youth work, or school-based support roles.

About the Role

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you'll be supporting pupils aged 11-16 across a variety of subjects, helping with classroom learning, small group interventions, and general behaviour support where needed. You'll work closely with teaching staff and gain valuable insight into school life.

  • Customer service or public-facing roles requiring communication and organisation
  • Ideal for:

  • Good communication, resilience, and relationship-building skills
  • Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply)
  • What We Offer

  • Long-term positions with potential for progression
  • Support from a dedicated consultant
  • Opportunities to gain school experience before teacher training
  • Competitive daily rates, paid weekly
  • If you're enthusiastic, motivated, and eager to make a difference in a school setting, we'd love to hear from you.
