⭐ About the Role

We are seeking a committed Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant and supportive primary school team. In this role, you will work closely with class teachers to deliver high‑quality learning experiences, support pupils with varying needs, and contribute to creating a positive, inspiring classroom environment.

???? What You'll Be Doing

  • Supporting the class teacher with daily lessons and activities
  • Working 1:1 or with small groups to reinforce learning
  • Providing tailored support for pupils with additional needs
  • Encouraging positive behaviour and student engagement
  • Assisting with planning, resources, and classroom organisation
  • Helping create an inclusive, nurturing learning environment

  • A recent graduate (any subject welcome; education-related degrees a bonus)
  • A genuine desire to work with children and pursue a career in teaching
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A positive, proactive, and patient approach
  • Previous experience working with children is beneficial but not essential
