Location: Various SEN Schools across London Pay: £90 - £120 per day (depending on experience) Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:00pm (Hours can vary) Start Date: September 2026 (or ASAP)

    • You will be supporting children and young people with a range of additional needs, including Autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH, Speech & Language Needs, Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD), Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), and Complex Needs.

    The Role

  • Supporting pupils on a 1:1 and small group basis
  • Assisting students with academic, social and emotional development
  • Helping to manage behaviour positively and consistently
  • Encouraging communication and independence
  • Working alongside teachers, therapists and SEN professionals
  • Creating a safe, engaging and supportive learning environment

    • We're Looking For

  • A recent graduate (all degree subjects considered)
  • Passionate about working with children and young people
  • Resilient, patient and proactive
  • Strong communication skills
  • Previous experience working with children is desirable but not essential
  • Experience in tutoring, mentoring, coaching, youth work or care settings is advantageous
