About the Role

Key Capabilities & Experience:

  • Sound knowledge of financial accounting and asset accounting principles and concepts;
  • Assist with the preparation of department's financial statements and other statutory reporting;
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly reconciliations and review of general ledger accounts;
  • Assist in the processing of asset transactions including acquisitions and disposals of school assets;
  • Good problem solving and communication skills as well as knowledge of Excel and SAP (would be desirable);
  • Demonstrate ability to take initiatives, excellent time management and organisational skills; and
  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of desk manuals and other administration documents and undertake other administrative support functions.
