Whether you're interested in a general teaching assistant role or providing specialised support for pupils with SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities), we have a range of opportunities to suit your career ambitions.
Key Responsibilities:
Support class teachers in delivering lessons and managing classroom activitiesProvide 1:1 or small group support to pupils with a range of needs, including SENDHelp children with academic work, social skills, and emotional supportAssist with classroom management and create a positive learning environmentWork closely with teachers and other professionals to monitor pupil progressSupport the development and implementation of individual learning plansWho We're Looking For:
Graduates who have a passion for education and a drive to support children's learning and developmentA strong desire to pursue a career in teaching or education-related fieldsAbility to work effectively with children, including those with SENDExcellent communication skills, both with children and adultsPatience, creativity, and a positive attitudePrevious experience working with children or in an educational setting is a plus, but not essentialWhy Join Us?
