Job Description:
As a Graduate Educational Support Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting students across various key stages in their academic journey. You will work closely with teachers, providing targeted assistance to students who need additional help, whether in small groups or one-on-one settings. This role is ideal for graduates who are considering a career in teaching or education and want to gain hands-on experience in a school environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Classroom Support: Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons and managing classroom activities.Individual and Group Support: Provide tailored support to students who require extra help in their studies, including those with special educational needs.Resource Preparation: Help in preparing educational materials and resources for lessons.Monitoring Progress: Track and report on students' progress, providing feedback to teachers to help inform teaching strategies.Positive Learning Environment: Contribute to creating a positive and inclusive atmosphere where all students feel supported and motivated.Qualifications:
Education: A recent graduate with a degree in any discipline.Passion for Education: A genuine interest in supporting young people in their educational journey.Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with students, teachers, and parents.Adaptability: The ability to adapt to different situations and work flexibly across various subjects and age groups.Team Player: Willingness to work collaboratively with teaching staff and other support assistants.Benefits:
