German Teacher - Long-Term Supply

Location: Dartford, Kent Start Date: After February Half Term Contract: Full-Time (5 days per week) - Until End of Academic Year

We are seeking a qualified and experienced German Teacher to join a secondary school in Dartford on a long-term supply basis, starting after the February half term and continuing until the end of the academic year.

This is a full-time role requiring full teaching responsibilities, including planning and marking.

The Role

  • Teaching German across Key Stages 3 and 4

  • Planning engaging and differentiated lessons

  • Marking and assessing student work in line with school policies

  • Maintaining positive classroom behaviour and supporting student progress

  • Working collaboratively with the MFL department and wider school staff

    • Requirements

    The successful candidate must:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

  • Have experience teaching German at KS3 and KS4

  • Be available to work 5 days per week

  • Be confident taking on full planning and marking responsibilities

  • Be fully compliant for long-term supply, including safeguarding and DBS requirements
