Games Design Lead TutorPay: £150+Part time/ Term time only - Tuesdays only Start date as soon as possible

Are you passionate about games design and committed to inclusive, creative education?We're looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Games Design Lead Tutor to join a specialist SEN setting dedicated to transforming the lives of young people with additional learning needs.

Gaming Design Tutor Role:* Deliver engaging, industry-focused lessons in Games Design and Digital Media to learners aged 16-19* Lead on curriculum planning and development in your subject area* Support students in working towards recognised qualifications (e.g., UAL, NCFE, or equivalent)* Differentiate your teaching to meet a range of learning needs, including those with SEN/SEMH* Use a trauma-informed and inclusive teaching approach* Support the growth of the digital department through collaborative and innovation* Keep up to date with developments in the gaming and digital media industries

Gaming Design Tutor Requirements:

  • Have experience teaching Games Design, Digital Media, or related subjects (FE experience preferr
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of tools such as Unity, Unreal Engine, Adobe Creative Suite, Blender, etc.
  • We require a tutor with experience in 2D and 3D game production pipelines, understanding of underlying game design principles and a wider knowledge of the creative media production industries.
  • Understand how to support students with SEN, SEMH, or those with EHCPs
  • Hold a recognised teaching qualification or are willing to work towards one
  • Are creative, resilient, and passionate about inclusive education
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment focused on student outcomes
