Immediate Start | Long-Term Role | Via Veritas Education

Veritas Education is working in partnership with a secondary school in Blackburn to recruit a passionate and dedicated Food Technology Teacher for an immediate start. This is a long-term position, suitable for experienced teachers or confident ECTs.

The Role:

  • Teaching Food Technology across KS3 and KS4
  • Planning engaging, practical, and theory-based lessons
  • Assessing, tracking, and supporting pupil progress
  • Maintaining high standards of health and safety in practical lessons
  • Contributing positively to the wider department and school community

    • The Ideal Candidate:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Experience teaching Food Technology in a UK secondary school
  • Strong classroom management skills
  • Enthusiastic, reliable, and committed to pupil achievement
  • Able to start immediately and commit long term
