Food Technology Teacher

Start date: 20th April 2026 Contract: 1‑year maternity cover (long‑term temporary) Location: Stockton on Tees Salary: £165-£250 p/day (MPS/UPS)

The Role

  • Teaching Food Technology across KS3-KS4
  • Planning and delivering creative, well‑structured lessons
  • Contributing to a cooperative, supportive department
  • Ensuring excellent progress and engagement in practical learning
  • Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Good level of experience teaching KS3 and KS4 classes
  • Strong subject knowledge and classroom presence
  • DBS on the Update Service is ideal (but we can support if needed)
