About the Department:

About the Role:
Responsibilities include, but not limited to;
- Undertake and process allocated work in accordance with legislative, policy and procedural requirements.
- Operate and maintain financial management systems and administrative systems including SABA and SAP.
- Monitor payroll reports and ensure anomalies are amended, prepare journals for rectification.
- Process invoices, transfer claims, travel claims, corporate card and cab charge accounts and ensure accuracy in alignment with policy.
- Provide administrative support to work groups and assist in project work as determined by the Manager.
