We are seeking a Finance Officer to assist the Business Manager with a wide variety of financial and administrative tasks to support the financial operations of the school.
Under the direction of the Business Manager, you will assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable activities to provide support to ensure the school delivers on key reporting deadlines.
Duties include (but not limited to):
- receipt of payments
- debt collection
- data entry
- purchasing
- payments to creditors
- office duties
Ideally, you will have:
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- previous experience in an accounts or finance role
- you will demonstrate initiative and attention to detail
- be a skilful negotiator who is able to liaise with the school's clients with empathy
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite of products and D365 is desirable
