Veritas Education is seeking a Female PE Teacher to join one of our partner schools in Kirklees. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a supportive and forward-thinking educational environment.

About the Role

As a Female PE Teacher, you will:

  • Deliver engaging and inclusive PE lessons that promote physical health, teamwork, and personal development.
  • Inspire students to develop a lifelong love of physical activity and sport.
  • Plan and deliver a broad curriculum, including a range of indoor and outdoor activities.
  • Support the development of extracurricular sports programs and school teams.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to help them succeed.

    • This position is suitable for experienced teachers as well as Early Career Teachers (ECTs).

    Requirements

    We are looking for candidates who:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with a specialism in PE.
  • Have experience teaching PE to KS3 and KS4 students (KS5 experience is desirable).
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Are passionate about inspiring young women to reach their potential.
  • Hold a valid Enhanced DBS check (or are willing to obtain one).
