We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Fees Collection and Finance Officer to join Penola Catholic College and work in a supportive and collaborative environment.

As the Fees Collection and Finance Officer, you will be is responsible for discussing school fees with parents and meets with families to discuss school fee payment options. The Fees Collection and Finance Officer works very closely with the College’s Finance Team.

This is a 12 month fixed term full time role which attracts seven weeks of annual leave (to be taken during the school holidays) and will commence on 28 January 2025 or by negotiation.

About You

To be successful you will have previous experience in finance including the receipting and banking of monies. You will also possess strong Excel skills. Previous experience working in a large secondary College would be advantageous. You must have a valid Working With Children Check.

You will also have a demonstrated commitment to Catholic education and to the safety and wellbeing of children.
