Teaching Assistant required in an 'Good' Primary school in Preston working in their EYFS setting, on a full time basis, starting ASAP.
Teaching Assistant Information:
The school are looking for a Teaching Assistant with experience working within the EYFS setting. They require the Teaching Assistant to be highly competent with the EYFS national curriculum and knowledge of phonics.
The Teaching Assistant must have experience working with small groups and individuals and have knowledge of teaching and assisting with Phonics. The TA will primarily work as a general class TA in both classes but will be required to work with a variety of groups with a differing range of needs and abilities.
School Information:
This school is based in Preston and in their most recent Ofsted they received a 'Good' grade. Areas in which they were praised by Ofsted was their SLT involvement with all staff and year groups. The SLT within this school have high expectations but are always there for the staff to assist them in reaching the goals set.
This school is based in a multicultural areas and has many EAL (English as an Additional Language) pupils. The school hold behaviour management in high regard, as they know that a positive work environment is paramount for all pupils to progress.
