Your Role

As the Executive Services Officer you will:

  • Support the senior executive by coordinating high volumes of incoming and outgoing correspondence and responding to queries and requests for information;
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy in all correspondence and administrative documents while using use appropriate software programs, including Content Manager and OneNote;
  • Provide advice to the senior executives in the implementation and improvement of systems and processes; and
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, invoice payments, timesheet reconciliations and work alongside the broader Corporate Support Team.

About You

Our ideal Executive Services Officer will have the following skills and attributes:

  • Outstanding skills in communication, customer service and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships;
  • High level skills in problem solving, prioritisation and managing competing demands in a timely manner;
  • Excellent attention to detail and proficiency in CM, OneNote, Excel and Alloc8; and
  • Flexibility and availability to meet the needs of the senior executive and the branch.
