About the role

As the Executive Services Officer you will be self-driven, enthusiastic, skilled in time management and record keeping. Key skills of the successful candidate include high level diary and time management, strong interpersonal and secretarial support skills.

As the Executive Services Officer you will have responsibility for the following:

  • Manage diary appointments and daily schedule.
  • Prepare and edit briefing notes, correspondence, memorandum, agendas and minutes.
  • Assist with the monitoring of business unit expenses including reconciliation of corporate card statements, processing purchase orders and facilitating the payment of invoices.
  • Provide a high level of administrative and secretarial support to the Director.
  • Identify, prioritise and determine urgency of critical and sensitive issues.
