About the role

As the Executive Coordinator you will:

  • Provide high level executive support to the Executive Director, Strategy & Governance while balancing conflicting priorities
  • Work to deadlines and display a high degree of professionalism and judgement
  • Possess the ability to maintain a high-level of confidentiality, in a fast paced and sensitive working environment.

Key responsibilities

As Executive Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

  • Manage the workflow of executive correspondence and requests throughout the Strategy & Governance team for the Executive Director in line with priorities established by the Executive Director
  • Monitor important issues and follow up actions
  • Maintain effective working relationships with the Deputy Director-General's office, Director-General's office, senior executives and key stakeholders
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy in all administrative documents associated with activities within the division
  • Assist with project support and coordination within the broader project team as required
