About the Role:
As the Executive Assistant you will contribute to the effective and efficient management of our school by providing a high level of confidential administrative support to the Principal/Senior Executive Team. This position operates within a fast paced, small team environment and a high level of time management and prioritisation skills will be necessary.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to;
- Provide confidential, high-level administrative support to the Deputy Principals (Years 10-12), including advanced document preparation, database and spreadsheet management, and Head of Year support.
- Coordinate calendars, diaries, appointments, correspondence, and the school booking system (SOBS) to ensure effective time management and smooth daily operations.
- Oversee communication and client services, including screening calls and correspondence, assisting visitors, and liaising on behalf of the Principal/Executive Principal with government, industry, parents, and education bodies.
- Manage logistics and administration for staff and school activities, including professional development, room bookings, travel arrangements, purchasing, corporate card reconciliation, and financial documentation.
- Coordinate and support major school events relevant to year-level responsibilities, including Awards Night, ANZAC Day, Graduation ceremonies, Open Day, enrolment activities, and maintenance of the school calendar.
