About the Role

The Executive Assistant will provide high-level executive and administrative support to the Principal and school leadership team, ensuring the smooth operation of the school's activities and services.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing confidential administrative and secretarial support, including preparing advanced desktop-published documents and managing correspondence.
  • Coordinating diaries, scheduling appointments, and organising meetings, conferences, and professional development activities.
  • Managing records and information systems to ensure accessibility and compliance with school policies.
  • Supervising and training administrative staff in office procedures and systems.
  • Liaising with government, business, and community stakeholders to maintain high levels of client service and support.
