About the Role

As the Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level executive and administrative support to the Principal, ensuring the smooth operation of the school's activities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing confidential administrative and secretarial support, including advanced document preparation.
  • Managing the Principal's diary, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings and events.
  • Screening incoming calls and correspondence, redirecting as necessary.
  • Overseeing records management and ensuring information is readily accessible.
  • Supervising and training administrative staff while maintaining efficient office procedures.

This role would suit a proactive and organised individual with a passion for supporting educational excellence.

About You
