About the Role:
Responsibilities include managing calendars, preparing documentation, coordinating meetings, liaising with internal staff and external stakeholders, and maintaining compliance with departmental protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage leadership schedules and correspondence in adherence to school confidentiality policies.
- Coordinate school-specific events and meetings, including preparing agendas and minutes.
- Maintain records and ensure compliance with Queensland Department of Education requirements.
- Provide exceptional customer service to staff, parents, and the broader school community.
- Uphold the school's commitment to inclusivity, equity, and the values outlined in its Code of Conduct.
Key Qualifications:
- Relevant administrative experience in an education or public sector environment.
- Strong understanding of Queensland Department of Education systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships.
- Strong organizational skills and proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- Commitment to the school's values, including confidentiality, professionalism, and teamwork.
This position is a Permanent Part-time role of 60 hours a fortnight or 0.83FTE.
