The Role: As an Exam Invigilator, you will:

  • Supervise students during exams, ensuring they follow all exam regulations.
  • Ensure that the exam environment is quiet, calm, and conducive to optimal performance.
  • Assist with the distribution and collection of exam papers and materials.
  • Monitor for any irregularities or incidents during the exam and report them as necessary.
  • Provide clear instructions to students regarding exam procedures.

  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with students and staff.
  • A professional and approachable attitude.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not required.
