About the Role
The North Coast Region Maroochydore Office is seeking an experienced and passionate Regional Wellbeing Consultant to lead the implementation of key staff wellbeing initiatives. Reporting to the Director, HR Operations, you will work closely with schools and regional teams to provide expert advice, training, and support to enhance staff wellbeing and foster positive outcomes for both staff and students.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing expert advice and consultancy services to school-based and regional staff on staff wellbeing initiatives.
- Leading the coordination, promotion, and implementation of health and wellbeing initiatives across the region.
- Collaborating with schools and regional teams to support staff wellbeing planning and resources.
- Delivering engaging presentations and workshops, including training such as Psychological First Aid.
- Building networks and collaborating with stakeholders to implement health and wellbeing initiatives effectively.
This role would suit a motivated individual with strong consultation, relationship-building, and analytical skills, who is passionate about improving wellbeing outcomes aligned to departmental priorities.
