About the Role

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Build and sustain strong relationships with across schools, ECEC services, Early Childhood Development Programs (ECDP) and external stakeholders to promote continuity and collaboration.
  • Develop an evidence-based plan, with clear outputs and impact measures to track successes and challenges, that support smooth transitions into and through the early years of schooling, with input from all stakeholders
  • Lead the implementation of this plan across the three schools and their ECEC partners.
  • Establish regular reporting to the early years network, school leadership teams and regional teams, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with program goals.
  • Provide targeted support to children, families and educators during the early years transition phase.
  • Deliver professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and understanding of early years development and milestones, as well as the continuity of curriculum and pedagogy from prior-to-school contexts into school settings.
  • In this role, you will lead a collaborative approach with all stakeholders to enhance the early years transition program. An early childhood teaching qualification would be advantageous.
