About the Role

The Enrolments Officer plays a vital role in managing the school's enrolment processes and ensuring the smooth operation of the enrolment unit. Reporting to the Business Manager, this role is integral to maintaining accurate student records and supporting the school's administrative functions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing the daily operations of enrolments and providing policy advice on enrolment management.
  • Maintaining student administration systems and producing statistical data for analysis and reporting.
  • Assisting the Business Manager with statistical analysis and advisory activities to ensure business continuity.
  • Managing enrolment information on the school's website and contributing to policy and system updates.
  • Coordinating enrolment interviews, preparing documentation, and supporting new student enrolment activities.

This role would suit an organised and detail-oriented individual with a passion for supporting school operations and student success.
