About the Role
As the Enrolments Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and professional enrolment process for students and families. Reporting to the Business Manager, you will oversee enrolment operations, maintain accurate records, and provide data to support school planning and decision-making.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing day-to-day enrolment operations and providing policy advice.
- Maintaining and managing student administration systems and databases.
- Coordinating enrolment interviews, open days, and related activities.
- Ensuring accurate and up-to-date student records and official documentation.
- Collaborating with the Principal and Business Manager on enrolment data and policies.
This role would suit someone who is detail-oriented, highly organised, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service in a school environment.

- Experience with data management systems such as OneSchool or Enquiry Tracker.
