About Albany Creek State High School

Albany Creek State High School was established in 1982, our school is located in North Brisbane in a leafy green environment. We have more than 1550 students enrolled across years 7 to 12, with more than 150 staff.

About the Role

As the Enrolments Officer you will:

  • Oversee day to day operations of enrolments at Miami State High School.
  • Knowledge in Education Queensland's Enrolment Management Policy and Enrolment Map.
  • Experience in the use of OneSchool and the data entry of future and current student enrolments.
  • Experience in Daymap with particular focus on entering student absence data and resource bookings.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of enrolment policies, electronic systems and databases that support the enrolment process.
  • Maintain student administration systems for the purposes of reviewing student enrolment data, and producing and distributing statistical data.
  • Consult with the school Principal on a regular basis in relation to enrolment data, policies and enquiries.
  • Manage information on enrolment on the website.
  • Contribute to projects that renew enrolment policies, systems and procedures.
  • Coordinate enrolment interviews for the Deputy Principals, prepare enrolment documentation, and coordinate and assist with enrolment activities for new students.
  • Facilitate the maintenance of student information records, including population of the school timetable and associated databases.
  • Ensure that student files and other official records are kept up to date.
