About the Role
As the Business Manager, you will play a key role in the effective and efficient administrative management of Minden State School. You will work closely with the Principal to provide corporate services and administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of the school in a positive and community-focused environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing day-to-day office procedures, including reception, correspondence, and school records.
- Supervising and managing school support staff, including recruitment, training, and performance monitoring.
- Assisting with budget preparation, financial management, and reporting using systems like OneSchool.
- Coordinating school resources, facilities, and asset management, including maintenance and minor works.
- Communicating with key stakeholders to ensure compliance with administrative requirements and fostering positive relationships.
This role would suit a proactive and organised individual who thrives in a collaborative and supportive school environment.
