Your Responsibilities
As the Administrative Officer, your opportunities and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Deliver high-quality customer service to students, staff, and visitors.
- Manage incoming phone calls, including taking and distributing messages.
- Coordinate the collection and distribution of incoming and outgoing mail.
- Oversee stationery orders and maintain stock levels in consultation with the Business Manager.
- Perform accurate data entry and record maintenance in OneSchool.
- Issue and record late slips in accordance with school procedures.
- Maintain organised filing systems to ensure efficient document retrieval.
