About the Role:

  • As the Administration Officer, you may undertake work across a broad range of corporate service activities, including human resource (HR), financial and facilities, and/or undertake a narrow range of duties relating to a specific corporate services function.
  • Assist in identifying and implementing process improvement opportunities for the efficient and effective provision of corporate services to support school operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and coordination of school support staff.
  • Assist with workforce planning, staff records, compliance training, and leave management processes.
  • Apply departmental policies and ensure compliance with administrative, HR, and legislative requirements.
  • Monitor workloads, identify training needs, and support staff supervision processes.
  • Manage Blue Card administration, timesheets, and staffing arrangements including relief and contract staff.
  • Provide financial and administrative support, including data entry, budgeting assistance, purchasing, and record keeping.
  • Assist with asset, facilities, and maintenance coordination, including inspections and compliance checks.
  • Support process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency across school operations.
