Responsibilities include:

  • Processing accounts payable invoices and purchase orders in a timely manner
  • Reconciling supplier statements and resolving account discrepancies
  • Assisting with procurement and financial administration processes
  • Maintaining accurate financial records and electronic filing systems
  • Liaising with suppliers, staff, and stakeholders regarding financial enquiries
  • Ensuring compliance with departmental policies, procedures, and financial guidelines
  • Using departmental and school-based platforms including OneSchool, Agresso and Compass to manage financial and administrative tasks
  • Supporting broader corporate services functions as required, including administration and operational support
  • Assisting in identifying opportunities to improve administrative and financial processes

The successful applicant will demonstrate:

  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in financial administration or accounts payable processes
  • The ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgement
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn departmental systems, including OneSchool, Agresso and Compass
